In close cooperation, HPI, Gautschi, and EBNER Industrieofenbau have successfully secured a major order in Saudi Arabia.

The EBNER Group is responsible for the complete billet processing line in a 200 KTPA aluminum recycling and billet casting plant, covering handling, inspection, homogenizing, sawing, stacking, and packing.

Gautschi will supply two 80‑ton batch homogenizing furnaces equipped with a recuperative combustion system and reversible circulation, along with a cooling chamber of the same capacity.

The scope of supply includes engineering, delivery, supervision of installation, and commissioning.

Installation is scheduled to commence in spring 2027.

From 2028 onward, aluminum billets produced from recycled material will be homogenized at the site in Saudi Arabia.
