Due to inaccurate fill level measurements and resulting quality problems, a Chinese customer wanted to upgrade his existing single-point laser casting machine to a new laser system.

This is how the project with Gautschi was born, and the Vertical Casting Machine VDC90 was upgraded with a Twin Delta Laser System.

This Upgrade Project included Purchase and Installation of a Casting System and Machine Equipment Package, including design, build, delivery, installation, and commissioning at the customer’s plant.

With the issuance of the Final Acceptance Certificate FAC, the project is now officially finished and successfully completed.
