Gautschi is proud to announce the contract signing and official launch of a new project with a partner already known from previous collaborations – one of the largest aluminum production facilities in the United States.

The company is planning to expand their Rolling Ingot Plant by constructing a new Casting Complex. This will include a state-of-the-art 7-strand Vertical Casting Center along with all associated metal treatment systems.

Gautschi will supply a Vertical Casting Machine package for a drop weight of 110 tons that meets the highest standards in quality, operability, and safety.

The scope of supply includes:

• Design and engineering
• Manufacturing and delivery to the construction site
• Supervision of installation
• Commissioning, fine-tuning, and performance testing
• Training and handover
