Mechanical Engineer (f/m/d)
Do you want to do more than just design structures—do you want to actively contribute to technical solutions? Then you’ve come to the right place! In this versatile role, you’ll oversee our systems from design through to final documentation, work closely with suppliers, and make a significant contribution to the further development of our products. This role offers exciting opportunities for growth—from design leadership to project management and product management.
What to expect
- Creating designs based on the plant layout
- Design and detailed engineering of components and assemblies
- Structural design of components and assemblies
- Preparation of assembly drawings, detail drawings, and foundation drawings, as well as the corresponding parts lists and spare parts lists
- Technical clarifications and collaboration with suppliers
- Compilation of operating and maintenance manuals, as well as maintenance of as-built documentation
- Conducting quality and incoming goods inspections as needed, as well as short-term assignments for production and assembly supervision
- Active participation in the further development and optimization of our products
How to convince us
- Completed technical education (HTL, FH) in mechanical engineering or mechatronics
- Design experience in plant engineering or mechanical engineering is a plus
- Proficiency in 3D and 2D CAD (experience with INVENTOR, AUTOCAD, and VAULT is a plus)
- Completed military or civilian service
- Good knowledge of German and English (Niveau B2)

We are looking for a dedicated, curious, and ambitious individual who can enrich our sales team with fresh ideas and a clear, forward-thinking perspective—and who will work with us to take our sales success to the next level and sustainably expand our market presence.
What to expect
- Identifying new industry opportunities, developing pricing strategies, and identifying key success factors within the product portfolio
- Conducting market analyses and monitoring industry-specific market trends
- Calculating system costs based on the volume structure developed with the product manager; preparing technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with internal departments
- Responsible for quote follow-up, including meetings with the customer
- Further negotiations following order receipt in the event of cost-affecting changes
- Acquisition of new customers and representation of the company to the customer
- Presentation of the company at trade shows and other marketing events
- Sales and closing negotiations in coordination with Group and Executive Management
- Quote correspondence in compliance with the signature policy

Commercial Project Management in Plant Engineering (f/m/d)
The commercial project manager is responsible for the commercial processing of customer orders in cooperation with the technical project manager and related departments. He analyzes the monthly cost reports (MIKA) with regard to deviations with the technical project manager and communicates recommendations for action to the management with the clear aim of avoiding unnecessary costs.
What to expect
- Overall commercial responsibility for plant construction projects
- Preparation and tracking of project budgets, cost and liquidity plans
- Contract review and management (customers, suppliers, subcontractors)
- Supporting technical project managers with claims and addendum management
- Supporting project controlling with target/actual comparisons and forecasts
- Analyzing cost deviations and reporting to management
- Accounting, payment monitoring, and coordination with Finance & Accounting
- Identifying commercial risks and developing appropriate countermeasures
How to convince us
- Completed commercial or economic studies or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in project controlling or project management, ideally in plant or mechanical engineering
- Very good knowledge of contract, cost, and project controlling
- Good knowledge of MS Office, SAP, or ERP
- Very good German and English skills
