Upgrade of Ingot Casting Machines for ALUMAR

Gautschi will revamp two Ingot Casting Machines at ALUMAR in Sao Luis / Brasil.

The Casting Machines were supplied by Gautschi in 1983 and 1985 respectively. The upgrade will result in ?dross-free ingots? with increased ingot weight consistency. The scope of supply essentially comprises casting wheels, metal level control systems and skimming robots.
