Elektrokonstrukteur/in (E-Planung mit EPLAN)

Kurzbeschreibung der Hauptaufgaben

Sie sind für die Detailausarbeitung von Entwürfen und die Konzipierung elektrischer Schaltanlagen und Layouts in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Projekt-Manager und dem Projekt- Ingenieur Elektrik verantwortlich und erarbeiten E-Schemata und die zugehörigen Fertigungsunterlagen.

Sie helfen mit bei der Erstellung der Pflichtenhefte, Ausschreibungen und Spezifikationen zur Schaltanlagengenfertigung und/oder zu Elektroinstallationen und unterstützen das Projektteam bei der Erstellung der Anlagendokumentation sowie bei der Zusammenstellung der Ersatzteillisten. Sie bewerten die Kosten und die technischen Ausführungen der verwendeten Bauteile. Sie pflegen die elektrotechnischen “as-built“ Unterlagen und archivieren die zugehörigen Daten. Fallweise werden Sie auch für Tests und Vorababnahmen bei Unterlieferanten dazu gezogen.

Anforderungsprofil (Wissensstand)

  • Elektro-Zeichner/in (EPLAN P8)
  • Elektrotechnische Vorschriften und Regularien sind für Sie kein Fremdwort.
  • Kenntnisse mit Siemens SPS-Steuerungen sind wünschenswert.
  • Schnelles einlesen und Verstehen von technischen Unterlagen (Elektro-, Prozess-Schema, etc.).
  • Sie sind gewohnt mit den Anwendungen von MS-Office (Windows, Excel, Outlook).
  • Mit der deutschen Sprache verfügen Sie zusätzlich über gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

Project Engineer Automation

Job description

  • Working together with the Product Manager, you will be responsible for the design and conception of electric control systems and will design project-specific hardware and software.
  • You will create contract specifications, tenders and descriptions for setting up and installing equipment.
  • You will program the PLCs and visualization systems for industrial machinery and furnace facilities in the aluminum industry.
  • You will also support the Project Team in compiling facility documentation and spare parts lists.
  • On a case-to-case basis you will attend preliminary tests, commissioning and acceptance tests at subcontractors and end users. This requires that you are prepared to travel abroad on jobs as the project manager (between 1 and 3 months per year for project-related work).
  • You will assess the costs of technical designs and the equipment used and ensure that technical specifications and project deadlines are adhered to.
  • Working on the development and clarification of technical, contract-related correspondence with our customers will also be part of your job.

Job requirement profile

  • Qualified Electrical Engineer, or similar, having completed training in the field of electrical engineering.
  • Very good knowledge and professional experience in programmable control systems (Siemens S7-TIA and F PLCs an advantage) as well as visualization systems in WinCC.
  • Professional experience in plant construction and measuring and control technology.
  • You also have sound PC skills (MS Office) and a high standard of English communication in speaking and writing.

Job description

  • You will be responsible for the technical and commercial project management of plant engineering contracts worth between EUR 5 million and EUR 10 million.
  • You will be the project-related contact person within the company and for customers
  • Manage contracts on schedule while ensuring all technical and financial objectives are achieved
  • Initiate engineering projects (basic and detailed) by making the necessary information available
  • Work together with the Purchasing Department by creating the necessary specifications to issue inquiries and purchase orders
  • Create project progress reports, identify deviations, perform claim management
  • Ongoing management of resources, especially in terms of the job site and site supervision
  • Support Quality Management

Job requirement profile

  • Completed technical training (university/technical university, engineering college, or similar)
  • Experience in the aluminum industry and with cast houses an advantage
